No Exchange, no refund policy for promotional items
สินค้าราคาเต็มสามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้ แต่ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแบบได้ และสินค้าที่เปลี่ยน ต้องมีอยู่ในสภาพปกติตามที่เราจัดส่ง โดยสามารถแจ้งมาภายใน 3วัน หลังได้รับสินค้า
-Normal price products can be exchanged for a different size within 3 days after receiving the order. This must also be based on stock availability. They cannot be changed to other styles.
-The products to be exchanged must be in good condition.

กรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย หากเกิดจากทางเรา ทางเราขอเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อตัวสินค้า แต่หากสินค้าเสียหายอันเกิดจาดตัวลูกค้าเอง หรือจากการขนส่ง ทางบริษัทขอไม่รับผิดชอบ
If an item is faulty, please provide details. Company is not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping process or any damages caused by customers after receiving the product.
ในกรณีเลือกการชำระเงินผ่านระบบโอนเงิน (direct bank ) ต้องชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และส่งสลิปมาภายในวันที่ชำระเงิน ที่หน้า website คลิ๊กที่ payment notification (สามารถดูลิงค์ที่อีเมลล์ของท่าน) หากไม่ชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ระบบขอยกเลิกออร์เดอร์นั้นๆ
If you choose “Direct Bank Transfer” as your method of payment, the payment must be made within 24 hours after the order submission. Otherwise, company reserves the right to cancel the order. Once the payment is made, the bank transfer slip must be sent to us on the same day. Please follow the instruction in the email you will receive after submitting your order.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email.

DUTY AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions.
Items must be return within 7 days of receiving your purchase with the original receipt.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached
Once the return has been approved, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded in the same form of payment which the original purchase was made and you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Please noted that payments to your credit card are always dependent on your bank
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
ONLINE MEMBERSHIP
Online membership can be obtained by purchasing over 50,000 THB in one spending. The customer will be notified by email with membership code once the condition has been met. Our online member will get 15% discount from full retail-price items. Please noted that membership cannot apply to sale items.
